NEW Virtual Classes!! Physics, AP Government and Algebra 1

Homeschool Connections is going Virtual!  We are hosting our first online classes.   With Homeschool Connections’ new virtual classes, your students can attend a class from the luxury of their own home, simply by sitting at a computer connected to the Internet.   Today’s technology allows us to have our own online classroom, using a site called Wiziq.  The class will have all of the academic benefits of a face to face class, without the hassles of transportation. A highly qualified instructor will challenge your child/ren with important disciplinary information and opportunities to ask questions and engage with other students in discussion.  There’s even a whiteboard that both students and teacher will be able to use.

Registration is well underway

The schedules are complete for all three locations and registration is up and running for all.  The forms printed from this site do not line up very well.  To print the forms better, go to http://www.mihomeschool.com

Online classes for Physics, Algebra 1 and AP Government are being worked on now.  More info about them will be available soon.

Flint Schedule Posted, Tennis and Basket ball added to Oxford

Finally, as promised, the Flint schedule is ready and it is a good one!!  We have fabulous teachers and a great line up of classes.  Tell everyone you know and pass it around.  It is going to be a great year!

Coach McGarry will be offering tennis and basketball classes in Oxford.  These have always been very popular and Coach McGarry is a favorite so be sure to check out these classes.

The Oxford class descriptions are online along with the Rochester descriptions.  The Flint descriptions will be up soon.

Teacher bios are available now too!!  Check out the incredible teachers that God has provided to teach your children.  I am excited to be working with each of them.  Some of the Flint teachers are not on there yet, but will be next week.

New Registration forms

We have come up with a new registration form.  They print off better from the website http://www.mihomeschool.com than from here.  Please fill out the personal information and then use the chart to sign up for classes.  You will find a code next to each class, please put that code in the correlating tine slot.  Then put the price for that class in the price box next to the code.  If you have an alternated selection for that time in case your first choice is full, put that code in then alternate box.  Ninety minute classes go in the right side of the chart.  This gives you a visual so you can see your child’s schedule easily.

Please complete one form for each child and each location.

Each location has a unique schedule and class codes even if they are the same class offered in different locations.

Rochester and Oxford Registrations are OPEN!!

We have an incredible list of classes for you to choose from at all of our locations.  Many of your favorite teachers are back along with many highly qualified new teachers.  Click on the tab above to see each schedule and to print out the registration forms.  Descriptions of all of the Rochester fall classes is ready and we are working on the others as well as the teacher bios.  For more information about our policies, click on the link above as well.

Registration forms are available at the tabs above and will be updated to the website, http://www.mihomeschool.com for printable forms.  Once you have printed off and completed the registration forms, you can mail them to Homeschool Connections, P.O. Box 198, Lake Orion, MI 48361.  We aren’t using the online registration system at the moment.
